Reddybook Login Not Working? Fix It in This Order

1. The password is right, but the typing isn't

About half of all "login not working" messages end here. The password is case-sensitive, and phone keyboards love to capitalise the first letter or add a space after autofill. Tap the eye icon, read what you typed, and delete any trailing space. If you copied the password from WhatsApp, long-press and check that you didn't pick up the full stop after it.

2. You're on an old link

Login addresses change from time to time. A bookmark from six months back may open a dead page, or worse, a copy run by someone else. Use the current link from our Reddybook login page or ask the desk for it. Never search for a fresh link in Telegram groups.

3. Your network is blocking the site

Some broadband providers and most office or hostel Wi-Fi networks block betting domains. The symptom is a page that never loads, or a "site can't be reached" error, while everything else works fine. Switch to mobile data. If it opens instantly, you've found the cause.

4. Stale cache

If the page loads but the login button does nothing, clear the browser's cache for that site, or open the link in an incognito tab. Two minutes, and it fixes more than it has any right to.

5. The ID is locked

Several wrong attempts in a row lock the ID. This is deliberate: it stops someone else from guessing their way into your balance. The lock doesn't time out. Message the desk from your registered number and it's lifted once they confirm it's you.

6. OTP or verification message not arriving

Check that your phone isn't in Do Not Disturb with SMS filtering on, and that the SIM has network. If you recently changed your number, the ID is still tied to the old one. Tell the desk and they'll move it after a short check.

7. The app is stuck on the loading screen

Usually an outdated build. Uninstall it, download the current version from the Reddy Anna app page, and log in again. Your balance and bet history live on the server, not in the app, so nothing is lost by reinstalling.

8. Maintenance window

Platforms go down briefly for updates, normally in the early-morning hours when no matches are running. If the site shows a maintenance notice, it genuinely is maintenance. Open bets are unaffected and settle as usual.

9. You were given someone else's login

What to send the desk so it's fixed in one message

• Your username (never your password)
• A screenshot of the exact error
• Whether you're on Wi-Fi or mobile data
• Website or app, and which phone

With those four things, the fix rarely needs a second message. Without them, it becomes twenty questions while the match moves on.
