Reddy Anna Book Rules — Read Once, Argue Never

Section 1

Bet Acceptance

• A bet exists when it's matched and confirmed on your screen — not when you tap, not when you intend. Unmatched offers can be cancelled anytime before matching.
• In-play rates move fast; a rate that changes between your tap and matching results in either a match at the new rate (if you allowed it) or no bet. The bet slip always shows which happened.
• Obvious rate errors — a fat-finger 100.0 on a near-certainty — are voided both ways. This protects you as often as it protects the book.
• Minimum stakes are shown per market (typically ₹100); maximums depend on your ID tier — see Reddyanna Pro for raised caps.

Section 2

Cricket Settlement

• Match odds: settled on the official result, including DLS. No result declared = market voided, stakes returned.
• Session runs: the stated overs must complete unless the innings ends naturally within them (all out = session settles at that total). Rain cutting a session short voids that session.
• Fall of wicket: settles at the team score when the wicket falls; retirements are not wickets.
• Player markets: the named player must face at least one ball, else void. Substitutes don't inherit positions.
• Abandoned matches: completed sessions stand; incomplete markets void. "Completed" means the defining event already happened, full stop.

Section 3

Other Sports & Casino

• Football and tennis follow standard exchange conventions: 90-minutes result for football match odds (extra time separate), retirement rules per market for tennis, all stated clearly on each market's info tab.
• Casino rounds settle by the streamed physical outcome. A dropped stream mid-round settles by the studio record — ask the desk for the round ID if you ever want one checked.

Section 4

Account Conduct

• One person, one account per platform. Multiple same-platform accounts get merged or closed.
• 18+ strictly. Discovered underage accounts are closed and deposits returned.
• No automated betting tools or court-siding syndicates; edge from knowledge is the game, edge from machinery isn't.
• Deposits must come from you. Third-party payments trigger checks that slow everyone down.

Section 5

Disputes — How They Actually Get Resolved

Message the desk with the market name and your bet time. Because every ID transaction lives in your WhatsApp history and every bet in the platform log, most disputes resolve in one exchange of messages — the record speaks.
